Kelas amali Penyediaan Makanan Barat
pada minggu ini kami telah mempelajari dan menyediakan hidangan bagi Chicken Main Course. Main course biasanya terdiri daripada
hidangan utama yang berat dan penuh nutrisi misalnya seperti ayam, daging dan
ikan. Kebiasaannya main course juga
diringi dengan beberapa jenis hidangan lain contohnya seperti ubi kentang,
lobak merah dan brokoli. Terdapat 4 set hidangan yang kami perlu sediakan bagi Chicken Main Course iaitu Chicken
Cordon Bleu served with Mushroom Sauce accompanied with Cream of Spinach and
Parsley Potato (Set A), Spicy Roasted
Chicken served with Two Combination of Sauce accompanied with Pommes Duches and
Chef Selected Vegetables (Set B), Stuffed
Chicken served with Spinach Cream Sauce accompanied with Baked Jacket Potato
and Sauted Broccoli and Carrot (Set C) dan Citrus Chicken served with Orange Butter Sauce accompanied with French
Fries and Sauted Broccoli and Carrot (Set D). Kumpulan kami telah ditugaskan untuk menyediakan hidangan
Chicken Main Course bagi Set A iaitu Chicken Cordon Bleu served with Mushroom
Sauce accompanied with Cream of Spinach and Parsley Potato.
